Refund Policy

1. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center and follow the steps provided. If you need assistance, you can contact our customer support team at support@odinparker.com.

2. Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances approved by our team.

3. Eligibility:

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Do not put shipping labels on product packaging or write on product packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or are outside the return window.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and magazines.

    • Intimate or sanitary products.

    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

    • Items purchased during sale events (final sale).
       

  • Additionally, items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care items cannot be returned.

5. Approval Process:

  • All returns require prior approval. Please contact us or submit a return request through our Returns Center before shipping your return. Unauthorized returns may experience delays or rejection.

6. Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within one week of delivery. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage to support@odinparker.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

7. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed.
     

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

8. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns, especially for items that require extensive processing or repackaging.

  • If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
     

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

11. Shipping:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
     

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
