Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be put on hold until the pre-order item becomes available. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Odin Parker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Most international orders are processed within 4-8 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary based on the destination country. The flat rate shipping charge is calculated at the time of check out.

Duties and other carrier chargers

Customer is responsible for paying any duties or additional charges that the carrier or the importing country may charge. 

Lost or returned packages

Odin Parker is not responsible for lost packages. If a package can't be delivered after it's been shipped and it is returned to Odin Parker, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to send the package back.
